Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Transaction Coordinator (TC)?

  • A Transaction Coordinator (TC) is your behind-the-scenes partner who manages the paperwork, deadlines, communication, and compliance for your real estate transactions. At The Transaction Ease, we ensure every file runs smoothly from contract to close, so you can focus on growing your business and serving your clients.

Are you licensed?

  • Yes, I am a licensed real estate professional in Florida. While I do not represent buyers or sellers in this role, and operate in an unlicensed capacity as a transaction coordinator, adhering strictly to state guidelines, my licensure gives me a deeper understanding of contracts, disclosures, and the transaction process — and allows me to provide even more value to you.

What is your availability?

  • We work Monday through Friday during standard business hours. You’ll always know when and how to reach us. We prioritize timely responses and clear communication throughout each transaction.

How do you keep me in the loop?

  • As your Transaction Coordinator, we’re here to stand by your side every step of the way. We keep everyone aligned — buyers, sellers, title, lenders, and your broker — so nothing falls through the cracks. I can communicate via email, text, or your preferred platform. You’ll receive a customized transaction timeline, weekly updates, and reminders before every key deadline. Your files will always remain accessible 24/7 through yourcompliance system or a dedicated and secure Google drive file.

What if the transaction falls through?

  • We understand that not every deal makes it to the finish line — and we aim to be fair and flexible in those cases. We offer 2 free cancellations and after that, we charge a cancellation fee based on how far along we are in the process.

Do you contact clients directly?

  • Only if you want us to. We can stay fully behind the scenes, or we can communicate professionally with your buyers, sellers, and vendors on your behalf. Our communication style is always tailored to your preference and brand

When should I bring you into the transaction?

  • Ideally, as soon as the contract is executed. The earlier we’re involved, the more smoothly we can set things up — from verifying documents and timelines to introducing myself to all parties and getting the ball rolling.
